Hilton Bangalore is one of the prestigious properties in Bangalore and located in elegant Embassy Golf Links Tech Park. During my tenure at EGL, I had never find a fine place to dine out here but now I was astonished to see this beautiful place. Well, I was invited for a Blogger Table for their Asian Street Food Buffet that happens every Wednesday 7pmonwards. Nowadays its steady to visit most of the fine dine restaurants in Bangalore and everywhere it’s a different experience with respect to Service & Food.

The Dedicated table was reserved to all our bloggers under a bright light, which is a prerequisite for beautiful pictures of food. I was the last person to enter, in our group and fellow foodies already started exploring different dishes in the buffet spread. This Asian Street Food Buffet happen at most recognized “Ministry of Food” in Hilton and the restaurant is appealingly festooned with bright lights and white floorings. This place has a well-groomed & graceful ambience!

When we talk about street food, normally stuffs like Vada Pav, Golgappa, Pav Bhaji and Bhel Puri comes to mind. However, when it comes to MOF, It’s a global cuisine which includes Mexican, Singaporean, Thai, American, North Indian & South Indian delicacies at one place. Every Five Star property has started this street food but MOF stands unique among them.

I & my better half, both are aficionados of Street food and we give more importance to wayside food than a fine dine restaurant. This is one of the reasons, why I took my wife along and the day 17th June was our engagement anniversary too! We both had a great dinner & time along with foodies during this met.

As soon as we entered inside there was a North Indian Chat Counter, where they were serving Pav Bhaji, Bhel Puri, Pani Puri and Prawn Vada Pav. In the same counter there was a preparation of “Paniyaram” which is a traditional dish of Tamilnadu & Kerala. Once you reached the dead end, there is a wide spread buffet counter of Dim sums, Singapore Crab Masala, Assorted Vegetables, Veg Dum Biryani, Idayappam n coconut based gravy, tiny rotis, multiple veg & non veg gravies, Chicken Shawarma.

Buffet will never end without desserts; they placed some beautiful Indian and unique international desserts on the spread along with Churros, which were splendid.

In the beginning of buffet counter there was couple of American Street food dishes, Arabian and Mexican which were looking tempting.

The restaurant has a classy crowd all the times and most of them are clients to the reputed companies in Embassy Golf Links. Folks of different countries were enjoying all the cuisines.

Chef. Anirban Das Gupta explained brilliantly about the concept of this Street Food and he is one of the best chefs to prepare world cuisine in Bangalore. My special thanks for hosting a great blogger table event.

Price for 2 would be approx. 3000 INR
