BCV Developers, a joint venture of Brigade Enterprises with Classic Group and Valmark, on 26th June 2016 launched its latest lifestyle club ‘Signature Club Resort’ at Brigade Orchards, a 130-acre smart township in Devanahalli. One of the luxurious resorts in the outskirts of Bangalore and few minutes’ drive from Kempegowda International Airport! The resort built with 45 executive rooms and suites is apt for business and vacation travelers.
The resort has amenities such as swimming pool, gym, yoga terrace, billiards, pool table, squash court, badminton courts, and lawn tennis. Also, there are a couple of restaurants like Tamarind & Courtyard Café along with the lounge Bar by name Pavilion. I totally loved the food at Tamarind! The place is massive, which makes a way to execute some of the large get together, weddings, corporate team building activities, conferences, trainings. Since, the place is amidst of greens and at the end point of the city. It is designed to cater any occasion!
It is the only club resort owned by Brigade Hospitality group that has put so much of effort to extend their service to visitors. The Signature Club resort is certainly a life saver for the people who want to get out of hustle bustle City. The Signature Club attracted me at the ingress! The overall setting of the resort looks like a traditional old homes at Namma Bengaluru with riven levels, beautiful verandas and patios.
Well, I was part of few well known bloggers and influencers of the city to visit this beautiful club resort all the way from Press Club. We arrived at the destination quickly, as we took hurdle free flyovers and we were welcomed with Welcome Drink and traditional Tilaka there. This is a common practice in most of the luxury hotels and good to see in resorts as well.
As soon as we arrived, the resort front desk people were very kind in allocating individual rooms to all of us after the quick intro. An executive room has an ultra-modern décor with private terrace and classy interiors which is equal to the executive rooms at Star Hotels. I am sure these amenities give a soothing experience to the guests. I was totally overwhelmed and couldn’t control to relax!
There was a tour conducted by the resort staff to showcase about the facilities they offer to the guests, followed by the lunch at Tamarind. Our lunch started with Mix Veg Shorba, Mushroom Voulez Vous, Paneer Tikka and Salt & Pepper Gobi under appetizers. In the main course, there were dishes like Dal Tadka, Palak Paneer, Indian Breads and Veg Biryani. There were lot of mocktails which we tried in between. Since, they are still awaiting their liquor license, they could not serve liquor to the guests. Our lunch ended with Walnut Brownie and Butter Scotch Ice Cream!
We couldn’t wait much longer to play some of the indoor games as soon as we finished lunch. It’s been close to decade, I had played badminton. Here I literally enjoyed playing Badminton, Table Tennis and Squash for few hours. Then, we relaxed in the luxurious swimming pool and would say one of the best pools I have seen till date. Due to time constrain, I couldn’t stay longer in the Pool.
After relaxing sometime at room, an exclusive cake making workshop was conducted by the Pastry Chef and we were totally immersed in cake making. Delicious pastries, onion pakoda, French fries and potato bajji were served for all of us as evening snacks and it was decent.
Finally, sun was setting down and we started packing up to go back to our dwellings. It was a much needed break for all of us and I would definitely Thank Brigade Group for extending the Invite and having us at Signature Club Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed!
This is a perfect weekend getaway!
