Barbeque Nation is one of the foremost outlets for North Indian, European and Mediterranean cuisine in Bangalore. One of the superlative restaurants in the town for finest buffet!
Barbeque Nation unquestionably doesn’t require any article or review; they already created a brand for unswerving Taste, quality and service.
Initially it started in Indiranagar and extended their chain to most of the parts in Bangalore. I remember my first visit to the Barbeque Nation, Indiranagar was in the year 2010 I guess, after that I visited numerous times to most of their orifices in different vicinities.
I never experienced bad service, quality or taste till date and Hats off to the Management.
I was invited along with few foodies to “Kulfi Festival” which happened at Indiranagar Outlet. Well, they have introduced a Kulfi to the regular Buffet Menu. The reason behind this introduction was people who visited here were craving for Street Food and Barbeque Nation is always comes front in introducing new dishes to the menu.
They have first introduced “Kulfi” at the one in JP Nagar and now launched most of the popular outlets in the South India.

Now guests will have opportunity to Make their meal complete with great Kulfis along with beautiful desserts.
They have 6 flavors of Kulfi, 6 toppings, 10 sprinkles and 7 crushes to make more than 800+ varieties of Kulfis and guests have option to choose on their own and they named the counter as “Kulfi Nation” which is great isn’t it?

I got an opportunity to interact with Chef. Praveen, who gave demonstration about the concept of Kulfi Launch and idea behind it!

My Personal favorites were Pan Flavored and Fig & Honey. Both were really good and fellow foodies were ended having at least 3 to 4.

As soon as we finished our Kulfi Tasting, they got nice starters for us which includes Kajun Spiced Potato, Kebabs, Tandoori aloo, barbeque watermelon, pineapple and mouthwatering mushrooms which are most common dishes for all the vegetarians here, followed by starters I tried Veg Biryani and Curd rice which are great too.

I will definitely appreciate their staff’s Hospitality and Service. One of the staffs and don’t remember his name. He was very polite, humble and trusts me he made our evening pleasant with his kind Cordiality!
Management also knows that Starters for Vegetarians are less compare to Non Vegetarians in Barbeque Nation and it would be much useful if they can introduce more Veg dishes to create a strong base with Vegetarians too.
Overall it was a nice experience with Kulfi’s and highly recommended place to visit!
