I was invited for the dinner party at Fairfield Marriott on the event of first anniversary. Kava is one of the finest restaurants and located in Fairfield Marriott. Kava was in my wish list from quite some time and I did not get a chance to visit. But that dinner made me to move from wish list to visited list. They got the food from “Kava” for the dinner party. They have invited only to Food Bloggers, Reviewers and some business people. Whenever I get summonses I will be on time to take some nice photographs before it spoils. Somehow I managed to reach on time, that’s very close to my place.

That invite basically for 2 people. So I took one of my co-workers to this place, in fact he also stays very close to Fairfield Marriott. As soon as we reached reception, our welcome drink was ready. I guess it was some watermelon based drink. Drink made us to kick start the party from reception.

Well, it was a beautiful place and maintained deftly with international standards in every aspects. Receptionist instructed to reach a place which was organized in 1^st floor. It was supposed to be a pool side party on 7^th floor I guess but due to bad weather conditions it’s moved to 1^st floor.

When I entered inside to the dinner area I could see lot of known faces. I am basically a food reviewer in some of the top most food portals. Even the same reaction from them as well and started interacting with the people and discussion was all about food food food!!

Apart from that there was bottle painting exhibition cum sales. Paintings were so good and especially bottle paintings I have seen before. Price of those was so expensive.

Party started with lot of Signature Cocktails, Imported Whisky’s and lot of other beautiful drinks. I and my foodie friend started with Absolute Vodka with Cranberry Juice. He mixed perfectly with lot of rocks. Trust me it was so virtuous in that stunning evening.

Post to that I tried Mojito, it was again a heaven with lot of Mint leaves and those were crushed precisely to make a typical mojito.

Now it’s a time to talk about the food. Oh my god the buffet was lavish and includes Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese, north Indian, Persian and lot of other cuisines right from Starters. They had so many live counters for tandoori dishes, pastas and some Persian cuisine.

They placed so many Indian and International Desserts and it was so colorful and tastier too.

Being a food lover and critic I love to taste each and every vegetarian dish. This is also a great place for international veg and chicken salads. Somehow I tried almost all the dishes by tasting it. Food was just astounding and I did not find any negative aspect with the taste and quality.

Best part was Chefs were started interacting with everyone about the feedback of the food which was served over there. Service was really good and attentive towards the guests, I was totally impressed from my heart.

After this visit I was checking the prices of buffet lunch and dinner. It is quite affordable for the quality, taste and Ambiance.
