Not just drama, the place also serves amazing food and cocktails! Well, I am talking about newly opened Foxtrot Gastro Pub in Marathahalli Ring Road. The food is more of a fusion kind without compromising on the authenticity. It was a wonderful experience after a long break!
The place has breathtaking ambiance with quirky & rustic interiors. It can set a benchmark with respect to the Modern elements. It’s a perfect destination for Corporates who spend all the time at work to relax and unwind with the signature and handpicked cocktails. Also, a seamless abode to take your families and team lunches with the kind of set-up they have.
I got to try some of the signature cocktails and food recommended by waiters, who are pretty knowledgeable and good at advising in Foxtrot. It was started with Soya Keema Samosa, well done dish and honey glaze on it made even appealing. Tandoor Malai Broccoli is something one shouldn’t miss! The burnt flavor gives unique experience all together. Jerk Spiced Cottage Cheese made me to start fall in love again with Paneer. It just bursts the flavors of Barbecue sauce. Droolworthy Dish! Tandoori Soya Chaap is soft and loaded with flavors. Onion Rings were aptly fried and best one till date. Mediterranean Mezze platter was beautifully presented. Kudos to the chef!
I appreciate the fact that, there is something called Sharing Platter – In this platter, all their signature short eats serves as tasting portions. It’s aptly designed for someone who would love to try more. All the above mentioned dishes I have tried through the sharing platter. The Pizzas over here are thin crust and loaded with cheese. All the 3 Pizzas in Vegetarian side are good. However, one can choose according to the toppings and taste. Basically one can judge a Pizza based on the Base and Cheese Quality, Foxtrot won 10/10 for that. Among all the Main course dishes, I have tried Thai Green Curry with Coconut Rice. The Thai Green Curry was thick with exotic vegetables and good portion size which served with Coconut Rice. This combo certainly suits every Indian Palate.
The Showstopper in desserts is definitely Mango Basil Bhapa Doi among all – A Bengali dessert presented like an International one! It tasted heavenly and remarkable one. The prices are not cheap, at the same time not so expensive as well!
Overall it’s a great place to take your families, friends and colleagues.
