INGREDIENTS
100 g Milk
50 g Sugar Breakfast
50 g Sugar Brown
55 g Cream
300 g Soaked Mixed Fruits
in Orange juice
50 g Sugar Black Jack
15 g Milk Powder
170 g Wheat Flour
3 g Baking Soda
3 g Baking Powder
0.5 g Salt
0.5 g Dry Ginger Powder
100 g Oil
METHOD
Mix milk, sugar breakfast, sugar brown and cream till the sugar dissolves. Add mixed fruits, black jack and all the dry ingredients. Avoid lumps. Mix oil. Rest the batter for 1 hour. Pour in the greased and dusted mould. Bake at 180°C in convection oven.
