Indian Kitchen in MG Road is one of the coolest and prettiest places for North Indian Food in Bangalore. Though they serve most of our Indian dishes, my personal preference would be always North Indian. I had been here multiple times with family and friends and got excellent Service from the folks at Indian Kitchen.
The Ambiance of the place doesn’t require description and the below picture talks everything!
My last visit was something unforgettable, that’s because of the creativity and effort which was put on recently introduced Veg, Chicken & Mutton Unlimited Thali by Chef. Shaik Istekhar Mohammed, who is a Brand Chef at Indian Kitchen! He is one of the Chefs, who goes to every table and speak to the guests. His knowledge about the Indian Food is massive and his recipes are quite addictive though!
It was a weekend afternoon and somehow I missed my breakfast, which made me to increase the Appetite for lunch.
Well, the North Indian Vegetarian Thali consists of premium starters, main course and sweets or desserts. During my last visit, I got an opportunity to try Dal Khichdi, Dal Makhni, Paneer Butter Masala, Baby corn Dhingri hara pyaaz, Veg Nizami Handi, Pulao, Poori, Chapathi, Rasmalai, Rava Kesari Halwa, Curd Rice and lot more.
The curries or sides are like High, Medium & Low spiced and the dishes in the Thali changes every day, which is something good concept. A regular diner will not get bored of it! These sides and main course dishes are available in the menu too. The best part is that food served in Thali is as good as the ala-carte one, which is commendable.
Baby corn dhingri hara pyaaz and Veg Pulao are my 2 picks at Indian Kitchen in the Thali. However, I have enjoyed the complete fare!
The Thali is available for both Lunch and dinner at competitive pricing! Overall experience was great again at Indian Kitchen and I will recommend this place.
