White Smoke Barbeque is a newly opened pool dining extravagance restaurant in Bangalore. This restaurant is chunk of Fairfield by Marriott. I had visited here for a savoring session along with few top food bloggers of Bangalore. First impression always a best as per my prospective and yes, I was utterly impressed with the poolside dinner table, kitchen and lovely gentle wind on the seventh floor. It gave a romantic feeling based on all these aspects of it. My Expectancy was totally reached with the quality, taste, service and ambiance. I am sure that this is going to a best Romantic restaurant in the town.
Chef. Ajeet did a fantastic job in preparing both Non Veg & Veg Dishes based on his International Experience. Basically dishes in this restaurant are a combination of North Indian & Mediterranean. I find all the dishes are unique compare to the other restaurants.
There was a set menu for Bloggers which includes Nachos with Salsa, Parmesan & Ragi Savory mousse, Minestrone genoise Soup, Gilafee Seekh, Grilled Halloumi Salad, Potato Sheek, Crispy Potato, Malai Tandoori Platter and Berry Pannacotta with fresh red currents.
I was highly impressed with Potato Sheek and Crispy Potato. Infact non vegetarians just felt in love with it and ended up ordering another two palates for them. Potatoes were perfectly grilled and taste “Awesome” in one word. Minestrone Genoise Soup I tried for the first time and tastes again too good with perfect seasonings, spicy lovers might not like it but they will customize it if you are a spicy lover. Amuse bouche was Parmesan & Ragi Savory mousse – This was one of a signature dishes I guess, It was just wonderful.
At last we tried Berry Pannacotta which was too good and non desserts lovers like me will definitely like it.
Trust me dishes are best among one to other. Nachos were as usual and salsa sauce made that yumm! Service was best in class just like they are maintaining in “Kava”. There are zero complaints about the service and staffing. They are kind and attentive towards the guests.
Serving food on roof top would always be a difficult part especially during the winter. Food will be slipshod very fast but I did not feel that although it was very cold. Dishes were extremely hot and delicious.

This is an apt place to go with loved ones and business meetings. They have limited tables, so I would suggest going with prior booking.
