A sizzler is one of the words which use to be moving around in my mind till I visit one of the most popular sizzler restaurants in town. I did not happy because of less vegetarian options over there and have decided not to visit any other restaurants.
But recently, I happened to visit Yana sizzlers on the occasion of Bloggers meet up. I had a strange feeling based on my previous experiences, so went there by a force.
Yana Sizzlers are located in one of the busiest roads in Koramangala and easy to Pin-Point although you are new to the neighborhood.
I went there for a lunch and started my journey with taking photographs of decor. Yana Sizzlers has decent interiors in both ground and upper floor with comfortable seating arrangements.
Restaurant ambiance is quite welcoming and friendly staff. They were good at suggesting some nice starters, mocktails & Sizzlers. I did notice these things when I went inside.
I went a bit early, so got an opportunity to have a conversation with the restaurant owner and his family. He is Simple, Humble and down to earth person with a lot of culinary ideas and knows the exact meaning of hospitality & service.
They have an outlet in Pune, Maharashtra prior to Bangalore outlet and they have cherished patrons. There was one dedicated table set for a food styling, photography as per one of our blogger’s request that made us to capture some very nice photographs of food.We were almost 10 to 12 people and most of us were vegetarians. Well, that’s an added advantage for me to try a number of dishes. The lunch started with some good mocktails like Mango Blast, Blue Bird, Kiwi Cooler, Grape Margarita and Boo Special. These were perfectly made with essence of fruit and good to kick start your lunch.
In Starters we ordered Veg Lollypop, Veg Spring Roll, Mexican Bell Pepper Roll and Paneer with lemon Garlic Chili. Honestly, I have zero complaints about any of the starters. Everything was excellent and mouthwatering with correct balanced of fieriness. Veg Lollypop looks exactly like a Chicken one with Tandoori color & wrapped foil at one of the corners, tastes enticing. Another favorite starter of mine is Mexican Bell Pepper roll, I would say heavenly dish with loads of cheese and bell pepper combination made my tongue blissful. Veg Spring Roll was upright again, but dint get a chance to try more because of domination on Veg dishes by Non Vegetarians in the group.
Here come our Main course, Paneer Shashlik, Maccaroni Satellite, Barbeque Stuff Mushroom, Mushroom Manchurian and Cottage Cheese Exotic Veg. I liked every sizzler over here with different sauces and I changed my perception after tasted every sizzler over here. Trust me they have 20+ sizzlers with multiple Sauce. They used fresh products and especially vegetables used were certainly fresh with the required level of oil usage. The taste of the sizzlers has been just marvelous and next day as well, I was craving for the sizzlers. I couldn’t make my stomach filling, as I was supposed to go somewhere else with my better half for a lunch. Portions were extremely huge and two people can eat one sizzler platter. Being a food lover, I strongly recommend Yana Sizzlers.
Here comes a Final touch, that’s desserts we tried a couple of them Sizzling Brownie with Vanilla Hot Chocolate and Sizzling Banana Walnut Cake with Butter Scotch. The meal will never be complete without desserts. I started loving desserts now days; don’t know how I influenced by it. These two desserts were tremendously virtuous with sizzling hot chocolate sauce on Vanilla Ice cream and walnut cake in wooden salver.
Overall, it was a memorable experience with great food and time with fellow foodies. I will definitely visit again and enjoy completely.
